About Amanda
Amanda Coughlan, founder of A_SPACE, knows how to bridge the gap between high quality small business service and large corporate deal-making. With over 18 years of experience, Amanda learned the details of running a small business from her parents – immigrants who built successful small businesses from the ground up.
With the same determination she acquired from her parents, Amanda received her Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR), Real Estate Broker’s License, and General Contractor License. She then gained experience in the corporate side of commercial real estate, excelling in development and later working for an international brokerage company before leading the PMO division for AECOM Real Estate.
Amanda utilizes her diverse industry experience and technical expertise to guide you through a wide range of projects, including building restoration, capital improvements, ground-up development, and high-end tenant improvements. She specializes in mitigating risks and realizing cost savings. Her schedule analysis and team of highly skilled experts in their field allow for timely and successful completion of all projects, ensuring the process is efficiently coordinated while being mindful of the unique needs of your project.
